TYPE HIKE PROJECT
A typographic exploration of America's National Parks
Type Hike is a collaborative design project, where 60 designers and typographers joined together and each submitted a unique design piece, as a way of honoring the US National Park Service 100th birthday. Each artist designed a piece based on their favorite national park, so these aren’t just made-to-order products, they’re art pieces made with passion, each telling a different story. The designs are available on posters, pins, and postcards. 100% of the profits will be donated directly to the National Park’s Centennial Campaign and used to give the parks another spectacular century. The project is organized by David Rygiol and James Louis Walker.
