Pig and Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches on Homemade Buns:
4 pounds pork shoulder (boneless)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup Pig and Beer BBQ sauce
Homemade buns (recipe included below)
Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt to create a dry rub.

1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg

In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture into the center.

1/4 cup Tequila
1/4 cup Rum
1/4 cup Whisky
1/4 cup Vodka
1/2 cup Beer
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, whisk together all the spirits, wine and beer, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika and black pepper to create a marinade.

3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cans (15 ounces each) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Pig and Beer BBQ sauce
1 cup RC Cola
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set it aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
